Formulas:

588bits=frame

Of the 588 channel bits, 200 represent usable music data, 
(192bits (24bytes) = audio,  1 byte = control info)
and the other 388 are used for control and error correction purposes


98frames=sector=2,352 (24 x 98) bytes of audio information and 98 control bytes.
75sectors/sec

For subcode, there are 96 bytes per frame, so for:
       
 2352 bytes of audio, there are 96 bytes of subcode

75*96 = 7200 bytes of subcode per second

The CD standard requires a track without index 0 must have a length
greater than 4 seconds.
